1. How long does it take to process my title?
It takes between 30-45 days to process your new title. You will receive a letter from our Business Office indicating your title has been processed and you're ready to go to the BMV. If you have not received this letter at the 45 day mark, please contact the BMV to check on the status of your title prior to contacting the dealership.
2. How long does it take to do an oil change and tire rotation?
For our waiting customers it typically takes between 45 min - 1 hour to complete an oil change and tire rotation, including a complimentary multi point inspection. For those choosing to drop off, your vehicle will be with us for the day and ready to pick up at the close of business. Your advisor will keep you updated about the status of your vehicle.
3. Can I schedule maintenance or repairs online?
