Vehicles are updated from one model year to the next, so there are times when the orders are accepted and times when they are not. If the vehicle your looking for isn't showing up, please contact us for help.
Submit your order to CDJR of Columbus by clicking "Start Your Custom Order" and include
vehicle preferences in the comments section. One of our dealership representatives
will contact you to verify your desired vehicle, explore potential
incoming stock and then arrange to submit your order to Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Ram.
Delivery times vary depending on model and configuration.
Once your order is assigned a VIN number, our sales team will keep you updated as your vehicle is scheduled, built, and shipped to the dealership. They will work with you on scheduling a time for you to come in and pick up your new vehicle.
Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, your dealership
representative will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any
additional information needed to complete the sale, and schedule a
convenient time and location for final delivery to you.
We would be happy to explain your options and help you with the financing process.
Ordered vehicles are eligible for qualifying incentives when you place the order, or qualifying incentives when the final delivery is made, whichever you prefer.
While the final cost is discussed between dealer and customer, CDJR does not charge extra for custom order vehicles.
We have multiple options for you if you have a trade-in.
1) Place your order today and continue to drive your trade-in while your order is being built. When your order comes in you can trade in your vehicle one the vehicle you just ordered. It's that easy.
2) If you don't need your trade in for transportation while your order is being built, we will make an offer on purchasing your vehicle outright. Speak to one of our sales associates for more details.
